Not able to watch anything from the preloaded apps had to install others in order to make unit work
Edit to make it worse i received an email from penny in their customer service asking for my understanding as the apps are third party
If the box was fully loaded i wouldnt need to add an app and should not be able to add any apps if the box is fully loaded
Because of this ridiculous customer service reply and trying to hide behind the fault of third party apps id give a negative star review if it were possible
