Cons
I was dissapointed in the lack of freshness. Returned and requested a refund. This seller is not an authorized dealer for timeless serum.
Ascorbic acid degrades quickly. I know that it is not as effective the yellower it gets because it is an indication of oxidation. Common side effect due to the high concentration of l-ascorbic acid is mild irritation and redness.

Vitamin c is a very very unstable active meaning it can go very bad easily the clearest telltell sign that it has gone bad is the color if its a brass yellowish color the vitamin c is no longer potent and has gone bad with the airtight color blocking packaging is helpful bc air and light can affect the potency of vitamin c but however you can’t tell the product is bad until you dispense it on the website they’ll send you a replacement and costumer service is great on the website
