Pros

Toaster has 7 browning settings based on how you want your toast toasted. Temperature control is very easy to use and comes with a chart to show each level. It thaws, adjusts to differing thicknesses and types of products.

Cons

Although this toaster looks really nice and feels solid, the actual toasting mechanism is the same shoddy mechanism you get in a $12 toaster at your local * store. Useless and expensive for 3 week toaster. A nuisance and a waste of money.

The heating elements inside vary in the way that they protrude from the side wall so the toasting is uneven. Nothing toasts evenly on both sides. Tried a 2nd toasting, again burnt.

How this is an amazon choice escapes me! Too much hassle to return. Stains on the top with rust in a week.
