I use a very high hydration dough so i expected to have some trouble getting them out of the bannetons

I gave my dough a first rise then put in in the bannetons which i had sprayed with cooking spray and dusted with flour

If youve tried towels in the colanders you must get some of these

Im a very amateur baker and these were my first time using bannetons

Taking just one star off because of the price
