    I think the only honest complaint i had about receiving this package was the fact that it did not come with any kind of instruction manual

    It doesnt come with a manual but if youre looking for one a quick google search for body back buddy user manual will help one turn up

    I have tried to get by on a hodgepodge of things to press my back up against and it always took much more effort than it helped

    A little unique in that it can be split into two and used that way however after putting the two pieces together one slots into the other with two tabs that click and lock the two halves in place i noticed that one tab didntand wouldntlock properly
