In my opinion youd be better off just playing music from your default music player and try to control the light using a separate app one which i have not found yet unfortunatelyhad it for a few months now and its just now being used as a lightbulb controlled by the switch on the wall as the app and bluetooth connectivity are too much of a hassle to use every time i enter my room

Ok the speaker is not world class and the ipad app does not work except for the bluetooth part but on android no problem

Having a lot of fun with this but there are a few things its short ofsecurity anyone can download the app and control my bulb kinda frustrating if i were to give them as christmas presents and we can edit each others lights a pairing function and a pin code written on the bulbs connector would solve this

Had to buy adapter as didnt fit into our lights not very loud from htc phone but louder from iphone would make a good stocking filler for christmas

Great idea the light isnt as bright as a normal bulb and it tends to loose bluetooth connectivity when the light has been off over night
