The cat doesnt go out at those temperatures but i had to see whether it would work after all

It is a heat in motion sensor so you will have false alarms when the sun comes out from behind a cloud or the wind moves warmer air pockets around

If i could suggest an improvement it would be an adjustment for vertical and horizontal angle of coverage

I like it but i had to relocate it a number of times to lessen the high number of false alarms which still occur but less ofter in its current location
