I got a perfect reception first time in the window of my bedroom in the attic of my three storey house but if you are having trouble try moving the aerial to another location and scanning again

Opening the product box you will see the aerial its self which is covered in a protective plastic

On setting it up it was limited to number of channels received whether it was pointing to a transmitter that had a clear line of sight or one that had obstacles in the way

It often finds nothing until it is actually placed onto a metal base then it usually pulls in loads of signals
