This is of good design and looks to be made of good materials which feel solid and strong the advertisement and the video say and show that the base can be bent forward and backward ok and it can be twisted but diagram on the one a4 page instruction sheet indicates it should not be twisted as it is marked x

As my reading sight is getting poor now i need more light than this can supply to read comfortably for very long but its ok to use under poor lighting conditions

Theres no obvious way to obtain access to the battery which will be soldered into circuit and no doubt a delicate soldering operation to replace thats if one can be obtained

Its rather expensive and comes in a very strong well made box the outside of which opens out into a eye test card
