I have the new xps 13 and unfortunately there is too much power going into the hub and it wont charge the laptop efficiently

While connected windows read my hub as an audio device instead of a hub this caused for major audio problems and hours on the phone with dell

Just remember when connected be sure to go into settings and remove usb pnp audio from the audio playback and youll be fine

My only complaint is when you first plug it in it disconnects itself and then reconnects once or twice each time until it fully connects
