Merv 8 filters filter out dust particulates from the whole house a/c and heating. They fit our furnace perfectly just as expected. They are no so thick that they will choke your system, but they are thick enough to filter out the junk you don't want b... Read More

Cons

Filters are much smaller than the size they have printed on the box. Nominally 20x24x1, actual size is 19-3/4x23-3-4x3/ 4. This causes a audible sound of the filter moving every time the air kicks on.

Will not be ordering more of these due to this. My house is so full of dust i can't stand it. Simply forget it.

So this 6 pack shipped to my door was perfect

First delivery came with a corner damaged and open but amazon replaced it without hassle

Came undamaged and looked like the picture

Packaging is slightly lacking once the plastic film inside the box is torn dust is free to find its way inside

No difference in these compared to other leading brands

I dont know why i even try but looking for 14x24 filters at hd or lowes is impossible

I have no idea if the merv rating is accurate but assuming it is this is just as good as the other brands at this rating
