Woks great! the flat bottom is enough to keep the wok sturdy, and allows the wok to be as close to the flame as possible


Since steel is composed of iron, the carbon steel wok also releases some iron into the cooked food, though not as much as an iron wok


I purchased the wok from the wok shop, it was shipped quickly, and included instructions on seasoning and caring for the wok


I am looking forward to many years of cooking with this wok, and am already planning my next order with the wok shop
