It works very well controlling grease altho not 100 but thats why its called a screen

I do not put things like this splatter screen in the dishwasher as i prefer to wash stuff like this by hand but the instructions say you can

This item looked like it received quite a decent amount of good reviews so i went for it and while it does the job nicely it does not handle heat well

Like one of the customer submitted pictures the screen darkened with burn marks after setting it on the hot pan so now it doesnt look as nice as it did new

The screen is definitely nicely made otherwise and the inclusion of the handle was a nice touch
