Pros
The one issue i have is when i set one divider horizontally and place another one vertical. Just place them in the drawer, vertically or horizontally, and you're done. They lock into place and do not move.

They’re either a sliding type or a spring type and usually the sliding type don’t expend tight enough and the spring type break after few years of use due to the plastic frame not being able to withstand the spring pressure

And believe me when the plastic brakes and the spring uncontrollably springs out at you it gets pretty dangerous

This drawer divider does not have springs in them and when you expand and lock it in the desired length it’s tight and not loose

The ones i received came in a pale pinkish hue however which i did not expect but i kept them because they were a good value
