Pros

The powdered eggs along with powdered buttermilk make it easy to make large batches and store in frig. Convenient for use in making keto bread recipes. A must for any prepper.

Great backcountry food. This is quite delicious. Received a lot of compliments.

Added dried onion, basil, oregano, salt and cayenne. All it takes is 2 tablespoons of this egg powder plus 2 1/2 tablespoons of water to equal 1 large egg.

Cons

The end result is absolutely disgusting, completely inedible. You expect this type of item to be 10 to 25 year shelf life, but all the different judees products i received were 1 year or less shelf life. Maybe they’re better in baking.

While id love to give it a full 5star rating i cant help but dock one star due to the relatively high price

My next twenty dollars will be spent on a low cost sous vide stick so i can pasteurize raw eggs myself

If the cost is not a major factor for you its worth considering

We tried the regular scramble eggs and its good but the cheesy we like better

Ill continue to use it even though ill keep an eye out for any potential discounts or deals in the future
