I put it on my vw caravelle t4 after cutting a sheet of 2mm aluminium fixing that to the roof between the ribs then sikaflex to apply the panel

The units were plugged in on a rather overcast day and immediately showed and open circuit voltage of about 19

The only criticism and not enough to detract from the 5 stars i have given is that the fly leads come out of the connector block in opposite directions this makes a tidy installation on the boat difficult as the leads have to run to the same location and black leads on a white hull are quite noticeable

If i have one grumble it would be the cable which was not very flexible and my efforts to bind it to the roof failed miserably
