Pros
I have migraines and this mask is one of my tools i use to treat my pain. Comes with a pair of ear plugs as well.
It's fully adjustable as others have mentioned and blocks a good 95% of thr light subjectively. It does up with a hook and loop strip that you get to control how tight it fits with no elastic or strap marks left behind.
This is by far the most comfortable, soft and plush sleep mask i’ve ever tried. I'm a fussy sleeper, and it hasn't felt intrusive. Soooo soft and comfortable.
Cons
The fabric stretches, like a lot. After hand washing, the material on the inside shifts and it's no longer distributed equally, so it's not as comfortable as it was at the beginning.

Has a bit of a tendency to shift when i move around that may be due to my not cinching the velcro fastener tight enough

My eyes don’t feel compressed in anyway my hair doesn’t get tangled nor pulled and it blocks out light completely
