Pros

The banneton feels smaller than what i have imagined but it is deep and very well made. The bowl scraper is very good, sturdy and with a bit of flexibility and a good size.

Banneton is a good proofing basket, but be aware of potential size limitations. It creates beautiful concentric circles on my loaves that is very aesthetically pleasing. Smells like rattan - as it should, being a * material.



Cons

Linen liner is fake. Made in viet-nam. Banneton looks exactly like the one pictured in “other brands.

This banneton is tiny and chock full of splinters. The rattan is cracked and splintered in multiple places.

    This is the second of these bowls i’ve gotten and now that i’m moving on to sourdough from starter on up i am needing to alternate my bowls and even use two for bigger dinner gatherings
