Pros

The pan is slightly larger than most 10 pans so i ended up buying the alpha universal lid which fits perfectly and was not expensive. Not only beautiful also high sturdy. It's very durable.

The pan is heavy, the non stick coating is substantial and the handling is smooth. Still in love with this pan and its ceramic coating. It's still non-stick and easy to clean.

The alpha frying pan heats quickly and is perfect for omelets. It can be used for steaming, sautéing, shallow frying and ever stir frying. I do high heat stovetop grilling where i often sear and blacken things.

It gets used twice/thrice/ four times a day even. No signs of slowing down. It performs just as stated!

Cons

Very disappointed. This is not the alpha durability i am used to. The packaging says nothing about being pfoa or ptfe or lead free.
