I just received my hair in the mail it came pretty fast which was great but the way it was folded in the tiny box left the hair bent

I would not have purchased this hair if i would have known it was processed if you plan on wearing the hair as is go for it but i personally will not order from them again due to the misrepresentation of the hair they sell

Even if you were to blow dry or flat iron it 10 minutes later it wouldnt look like you did anything

When i tried to wash the hair it complete clumped and tangled up and i was forced to throw it away
