Pros

Only reason this deserved a 4 is because it does not sit flush like the original one. Fits good and tight in the charger. Near identical to plantronics p/n 82742-01.

Cons

The contacts used for charging the battery are bent and damaged to the point that these rechargeable batteries cannot be charged. Fits perfectly but only holds about 1 hr of charge. Was very hard to get to snap into the headset.
