Highlights
Quality
Completely satisfied with the quality of the mold
Very easy to make sushi at homethis assumes you have a local market with sushi quality fish and other ingredients
This ozisushi press seems to be of a good quality considering some of the other plastic ones out there
I guess that you spray with cooking oil to get the product out without coming apart or perhaps i was just pressing too hard
Packaging/appearance
The slits in the press box allow for cutting into pieces and then using the top you push the whole thing out of the mold
Competitiveness
It is by far the best spam musubi maker
