My foot doctor sent me to have special sneakers made but the shoe cost a small fortune and looked awful because the cut the heel away and inserted a lift on the outside then glued the shoe back together

These worked great for this purpose however i had to turn the lift upside down and put the fabric side towards my foot as the rubbery part with the holes felt awful on my foot even through my sock
