There is always room for improvement although id say these are better than ones i had before they are a soft material with no continued pinching just know as with any attachment on the body that theyll usually need to be adjusted a tad here or a tad there according to ones work load the straps never fail

Once i figured out that one knee pad was for the left side and one for the right it is denoted l and r on the inside they did not pop each other off

I thought they would be more gel like substance but they are not it is more of a hard padding which is fine it was my perception of the picture

The issue i forsee is that the top strap may not fit her leg

Even thou they stretch it may be to tight and cut off circulation which will not work for her as she is much older and cannot deal with that issue at all

Also i tried them on myself on a bare leg and the straps are very scratchy and not very comfortable on bare skin

Not these they stay in place and i dont have to constantly reposition them
