Pros

This kit contains everything needed to brew 1 gallon of beer, except the bottles. Received the glass little big mouth bubbler and contents to make the ipa.

Easy to follow instructions and a dvds guide. The process is pretty forgiving as well. The instructions are well detailed and easy to follow. We used both the provided written instructions as well as their youtube video to work through the steps.

The price is awesome for anyone who is unsure whether they want to try their hand at brewing or not. Not new to home brewing but downsizing since time away from hobby and moving into an apartment low on space. This is a purchase you will not regret!

Cons

The kit includes a pack of fizz drops which are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. In the description it says neglects to inform you that it takes a month to brew.

Just tighten spigot little bit and broken the jar instantly and lost all the beer. Multiple parts inside came opened and damaged. Over half of the small batch grain blend had spilled out.

A week and a half later i tried one of the beers and it tasted great with a good head on the beer

After i put the beer in the fermenter i wasnt really sure what to expect
