Pros
The light weight and ease of use make these an ideal addition to other diy storage methods. Will be using them for dehydrated meals too. The bags are not as thick as others, so these are best for non-pokey items like powders.

Cons
Of the 20 that i sealed, only 3 remain airtight. O2 absorbers were added at sealing and within a day of sealing, they were completely sealed with no oxygen in the bags. These mylar bags rip easy, not sturdy and the oxygen absorbers are bad.
Nada, zero. Epic fail for the oxygen packets. Will not buy this brand again.

After adding the absorbers and sealing the bags the next day it was obvious they had worked

We put 3 to 4 pounds in a bag but could have put closer to 5 lbs if we wished added the oxygen absorber and ironed the end shut after getting most of the air out

The first one we did not attempt to get any air out it was more like a pillow when we sealed it and the oxygen absorber could not handle the volume of air we left in the bag

The second one got punctured while trying to fill it it is a good idea to remove all points objects before setting a sealed bag against them

Once air hits these absorbers they start working and theres no way to salvage any that might be left
