Really calms me down. My job is soooooo stressful since we are going thru a restructure.

Nordic naturals' omega-3 fish oil is high quality and easy to take. I take two in the morning after breakfast, and that works for me. I also take mark's vitamin d supplement, his omega 3 fish oil, and his damage control multivitamin.

Love that it's formulated with histamine neutral or degrading strains so no issues with that!

Cons

Primal blueprint primal omegas has a strong fishy smell. Boullardi and added unwanted prebiotics. They should not be allowed to keep all their old reviews after changing formula so drastically.
