Pros & Cons
Pros
Some of my tanks are from the 1970s. Very pleased. Pretty slick.
Cons
The thing is intermittent with any wiggling and or stress to the wiring. Getting too old to crawl around under my compressor to drain water from the tank.
Highlights
Quality
I added a very small 1434 npt muffler from grainger to quiet it down and i am very satisfied with the end result
This auto drain was easy to install with the addition of some brass fittings from a big box store
I turn it on with the lights when i come into my shop and i turn it off with the lights when i leave
Price
I bought this one based on the price
Competitiveness
I installed to my 6gallons 150psi compressor
Cost effective compared to the other options on the market
We dont see this as a fault but were wondering if we should add a prefilter
Works as well as the ingersoll rand unit that only lasted 8 months at 75 less price point
