Cons

When tightly * to the chair legs, there is an immeasurably small amount of space for the screw head to be recessed inside the glide disc. This means that as it wears down over time, eventually the screw will be scraping across your floor.

The screws they use are the wrong type. The dome on theses screws are only a few. This is totally unacceptable, and we’ll be swapping out for felt sliders.

    These glides need to be countersunk to accept flat head screws and to prevent floor damage as they wear

    Not long enough and poor quality as the head of one of them was jammed up with metal debris i used the included screws but would recommend not doing so and substituting longer stainless steel ones of better quality for my use which was a softer wood

    You can tell when they are worn out because the rubber makes them hard to slide
