Very pleased with this item. Highly recommended at this point.

Tried fix supplied by manufacturer. Now speaker turns off and on when tv is not even on. At higher levels very disappointed, going to return.

Audio is synced. Has bluetooth and an hdmi plug. There is a dim button to adjust, it can be dimmed down to off.

It is well suited for casual tv watching where you simply want a more full sounding experience. It definitely makes movies and shows more enjoyable.
