The heads are a tad bit smaller than standard, but look okay. Was perfect for my new light fixture with a round base. Needed this as an adapter for installing a newer outdoor light on an older junction box.

The panel fits perfectly snug into the old ceiling frames of the 1990’s lightboxes with the annoying, flickering neon lights. They are lightweight, easy to wire, and are sturdy. Replace our florescent hanging fixtures and couldn't be happier.

Easy drop-in to ceiling grid, took <10 minutes to wire/install both lights. Wiring is easy enough. Squaring the mounting kit is the harder part of the installation.

The box is a terrible design and has a loose dividing panel between the low voltage and incoming voltage.
