The powder was supposed to work faster than the capsules. Does not seem to be effective at all for ibs.

There was one review that said they were sending this back because this brand was white and rhodiola is light brown-rose colored. Great value and very impressed with the results.

It makes me extremely anxious and irritable. Might be a filler ingredient. Don't buy it, you get some filler in a capsule that's it.

The way this is packaged and presented is intentionally misleading. What the amazon title states is meaningless.
