It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

This item is awesome from both a design and execution perspective. Great quality and sturdy. Great for the value and meets my edc needs.

Bought as a gift for the hubby. Great product for your edc kit. You won't be disappointed.

The individual pockets are too small for anything of size. I have couple smaller knives that fit well. Overall, nearly useless.
