It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Stove liner is really nice, fits perfect. The oval center burner also fit nearly perfect so very happy. After altering a couple of the burner holes, it fits fine and keeps 85% of the surface clean.

My only recourse is to call amazon. Totally deceptive. The photo shows that it appears to be one piece. It is not, you have to trim it just to fit.
