It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Can also be used as a colander at the sink for good-sized quantities. Realy easy and comfortable to use and clean. Easy to clean in dishwasher.

The silicone is heavy (in a good way) with just the right amount of flexibility. I forgot to add that i was able to compress the basket for easy storage which is another plus! My ninja foodi is a 6. And collapses for storage, but stays firm for usage....  Read More

Very pleased. This is awesome.

The basket fits perfectly in a 6 quart instant pot. It folds down to fit in a smaller pot or store. It is intended for pressure cookers however use it on the stove.

Have used it for artichokes, butternut sqaush, etc. Perfect for steaming veggies and cooking hard boiled eggs. Makes cooking veggies so easy and clean up much better than before.

This is the problem with products that are designed to be universal. They really don't work well with everything.
