It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

The stretch is just right (thick hair) and fits perfectly. I run with my hair in a ponytail and they stay in place. The fleece lining inside was perfect for protecting my forehead from any rubbing of the knit.

These are warm and comfy. I don't wear hats never did, these are the right softness, thickness and stretch. The colors are beautiful, and i threw them in the washing machine (in a garment bag) with no issues.

Inside fleece lining has a lot of loose fleece lint. When taken off, there was lint in my hair. The fleece is not secured well.
