It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Headphones are cheaply made and have a poor microphone. The usb dongle that you need to use for a pc is quite limited and so audio just sounds bland and compressed.

This is a letdown. Lasts about 4 mos before the hardware fails. Dies right after warranty expires.
