It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

Room thermometer and indoor hygrometer are accurate enough for the price. They are small and unobtrusive, and showed last night that i need to keep the humidifier on high. The size is perfect--visible but not intrusive.

It is unfortunately very unaccurate. While the temp is pretty accurate, the humidity reading is way off.

Everything screams cheap overseas product made to sell at volume.
