It's basically my chalk substitute because chalk evaporates mid use. It is super adhesive even in this 100 plus degree humid weather. It works very well and is grippy and lasts the whole workout.

The tape is sticky and stretchy enough, but it disintegrates under high rep movements. It is thin and not durable. It leaves a lot of sticky residue on the nails and in the barbell.

It works really well keeping the chainsaw lubricated. Great way to be eco conscious but still protect my purchase. The quality mixture is imperative for your chain saw needs.
