Blanket works amazing for someone who sleeps very warm. It has also been used to help cool someone down from over heating. My gf's body is always hot but it kept her cool all the time.
Winter i have my down comforter and it gets too hot for the rest of the year. It insulates real well and keeps things nice and toasty.
