It comes with screws to mount it, but also some 3m double sided tape. The adhesive is strong and several days of rain and wind did not affect it at all. The unit comes with a 12-month warranty.

The ringer lights up to provide a visual notification if you want to use it muted or for someone who is hearing impaired. The mute mode is handy for times when i need some peace and quiet.
