The best fits my maltese/shih tzu perfectly as she is 15 and long. Fits 7 lbs dog great. It's very adjustable and the name tags can be changed.

The leash is on the shorter side, but it makes a good running leash. There is some elasticity sewn into the halter to give a little extra room for those in-between sizes. Fits well as it's adjustable.
