I mainly use this pan for boiling water to steep fruit teas & re heating them if need be.

Heats evenly, sides are deep enough for 4-6 person recipes. Kind of wish it had a real pouring spout on one corner. Also, there is a curve insidewhich distributes the heat evenly.

The cuisinart line is great for home cooks who want good cookware at good prices, rather than shelling out a lot of money for a high-end line. The mcp cookware looks very nice and classy too. Thank you cuisinart.

Qt. Pot is sturdy, perhaps a little heavy for some, but i'm fine with it. The sides and bottom are sturdy and heavy. It is heavier than aluminum, but the quality is there.
