The stapling mechanism, like other staple guns, requires some strength to push. I have yet to use the staple remover on the back.
The trigger requires an inhuman amount of strength to pull (coming from an electrician) the handle will pinch your hands. Life is too short to work with aggravating semi-functional tools.
After owning this for 6 months and using is sometimes it has stopped being reliable. The stapler misses ejecting the staple about half the time.
It’s very cheaply made. The staples are super small. This si made for a small-hands man.
If you do manage to fire a staple, it is able to be gently removed by plucking it like a frail flower. Now i have a benchmark for what a one-star product is like.
It works smoothly and is powerful. Works like advertised. It is reliable and sturdy.
The only con for me is the case. This one is in service with amateurs at a church wood shop.

Stanley/black&decker (bostitch’s parent company) sells variations of this same tool under their portercable and dewalt brands. Easy to load and uses standard 1/4 narrow crown staples. Crown molding and for a facia project.
