The blanket has a fleece like side and a faux mink texture side. I appreciate the sherpa texture on one side, which means it won't slip and slide all over the bed with the soft microfiber side.

I have a bad back and repacking & shipping is to much for me. I appreciate the company offering me a refund.

There is enough cloth to fit the bed yet heating wires are 34 inches wide. Unheated inches on either side of the mattress top. The remote lights up when you first turn it on, then goes off once the temperature has been chosen.

The blanket itself is soft, but the heating element doesn't span the entire width or height of the blanket. It's so flimsy that if you move or roll over it bunches up. The heat is not even.
