If you're looking for a compact and attractive nightstand clock, this does the job. The clock is round, solid, with a low center of gravity and will not topple over.

Easy to set up and easy to read display. Comes in two formats including a circular card which you can place under the clock. Written in perfect english and a legible size and font. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with instructions.

It is easy to adjust the brightness of the numbers using a dial on the back so that it is much dimmer at night. The variable illumination of numbers is terrific. It is not too bright, or obnoxious! The pretty nightlight colors are a bonus!

This is a fantastic radio alarm clock for the hard to wake sleeper. For the alarm you can choose birds chirping, which is kind of nice, not a bad sound to wake up to. The birdsong choice as a wake up sound is lovely. It's calm and soothing.

The dimmer control works great. This is the reason i purchased it. This replaces a clock from about 40 years ago. Only downsides are that it a) cannot be used as a speaker.
