The nylon construction has reflective tape stitched in that really lights up. It is reflective for at night. The harness stays on and is mostly well made.

Sizing is as described and quality is great. It fits perfectly.

Sizing chart was not accurate. Couldn't get the buckle done. Returned them both.

The straps come loose after only a little bit of use. It's a shame because it's pretty cute and a great idea but can't use it when it keeps coming loose.
