Pros and Cons

Pros4

The juice is worth the squeeze. Take the time to read the manual and make some adjustments for your room. The subwoofer is very good actually have to turn it almost all the way down just to make it to where it wasn't shaking the whole house.

Dual surround is great as well depending on the mood im in and which movie or show im watching. This time around both the subwoofer and speaker are more compact.

It's an affordable and easy-to-use soundbar system that produces great sound quality. The soundbar comes with a remote control that makes it easy to adjust the volume. The remote is very nice with a backlit display.

One of the best things about the vizio v-series 5. Home theater sound bar is its ease of use. The one thing i really like is it is really easy to customize the sound for what i need and yes the 5. Home theater sound bar is a great feature.

Cons2

Not at all happy with this product or seller. Some techs tell me because it doesn't have a hdmi input and can't allow the 4k signal through correctly. Vizio says the serial numbers should match.

The sound is either too loud or not loud enough. The bluetooth feature is terrible. While great for bluetooth, unfortunately not being able to use the soundbar unless i'm blasting audio makes it not work for my modified use case.

Pros4

For a smaller subwoofer, this thing pumps out some serious bass. It's punchy, but not deep. Subwoofer can be placed anywhere in the room. Only complaint is sometimes the sub can drown out the speaker.

The sound is certainly an upgrade from the regular tv speakers. I keep mine in surround mode for movies and most tv shows. Many people are satisfied with the speakers in their tv, and they won't be looking here.

Once in use, the sound is phenomenal. Clear and crisp. The sound is really good for a smaller setup.

With the advances and advantages of bluetooth, long gone are the days of large cluttered component systems. I own a few newer sony tvs with the bluetooth using a2dp. I have it connected to my benq ht 3550 projector that doesn't have the arc hdmi.

Cons2

Sony tv (sony) defaults to tv speakers. If connected using earc, it turns off your tv too. Not enough input connections.

Speaker quality is horrible. Tinny sounding all the way through. Subwoofer is just like the cardboard, light as the air around it and just as nonexistent as my lovelife. Soundbar arrived bent with a couple of caved in spots.
