Parchment paper is good to use with it. Great for tortillas, parathas, and pasties. It is bastante duro el material y lo * que recubre la tortillera se sale en hojuelas.

The tortilla press is cast iron is well made with a very nice speckled finish. The hinge and material is really great quality. Heavy duty, easy to clean, works like a champ!
