Aluminum saucepans are value oriented. Not flimsy and not super heavy. Need to replace an old 2 qt.
The nonstick coating cleans easily, it is sturdy and the glass lid allows you to look in on your food. Easy to clean with durable finish. We are impressed how easily the burnt-on cheese residue is cleaning off this pan.
Worksgreat on induction plate with even heat dispersion. We bought it to use, with a hot plate, as a fondue pot that could also be repurposed. But the pot is kinda heavy (it's much heavier than my 9' pan or 11' ikea pot).
Quality control is really problematic. This product is poorly designed.
The lid has a dent as seen in the photos. The pan is slightly distorted. The rim was warped. Did not work on duxtop induction stove.
The build quality and hence durability are top-rate. Both are just fabulous! This is the second pot we got. It's nice to have good tools to work with. High quality & beautiful design too.
After just one use, there was pitting of the metal on the bottom of the pot. The lid is not tight enough to stay on the pot while draining the water. The item is too light for stainless steel.
